The Food Dollars Plus account allows additional money to be
added for food purchases. They can be used only for food purchases
in the dining halls, Chick-fil-A, Terrace Shops, Pepsi and snack
vending machines. This account does not charge sales tax since it is
designated for food purchases only. This gives you an instant 9 1/2 percent
savings on all purchases in the Terrace Shops.
This account is separate from Food Dollars, because the Food Dollars Plus
account is transferable to the next semester, since it is money you deposited.
This option is enjoyed by many off-campus students who eat most of their meals
in the Terrace Shops and Chick-fil-A and by on-campus students once the initial
bonus money runs out.
